Service Description

Sports massage is not a separate stand alone technique or massage. Rather, it will utilize different types of therapeutic applications that incorporate components of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, range of motion, and stretching.

Cancellation Policy

If you schedule a massage while in your first trimester, we will need to reschedule the appointment; no exceptions. If you are experiencing any complications with your pregnancy, and are unsure if it is safe to get a massage, check with your doctor to receive a note stating you are cleared for massage.
