Massage is the practice of manipulating soft tissue using various techniques and pressure. During an Evolve massage session, our skilled and licensed massage therapists apply varying degrees of pressure to target muscles and joints, facilitating the release of tension and alleviating discomfort. 

The most common type of massage is Swedish massage.  The Massage Therapists at Love Squared incorporate Swedish massage into their sessions.  A Swedish massage uses varying amounts of pressure and utilizes strokes that travel the entire length of the muscle.
