Welcome to Love Squared, a holistic healing practice offering bodywork, energy therapy, coaching, and sacred workshops. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and participation in our services. By accessing this site or booking any service, you agree to the following:

 

1. Services Provided

  • Love Squared offers a range of healing modalities including, but not limited to:

  • Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Massage

  • Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy

  • Reiki, Polarity, Craniosacral, and Spinal Network Analysis

  • Private Coaching and Group Workshops

  • Self-care Rituals and Sacred Womb Series

  • All services are delivered with care and intention by certified and/or experienced practitioners.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments can be booked through our website or directly by phone/email. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment systems. Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will never be charged without your consent.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a full service charge.

  • We honor emergencies and will work with clients when appropriate.

 

4. Health & Intake

  • All clients must complete an intake form prior to receiving services. It is your responsibility to disclose medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your session. We reserve the right to refuse service if it's deemed unsafe to proceed without proper clearance.

 

5. Respectful Conduct

  • Love Squared is a sacred and respectful space. Any inappropriate behavior — verbal, physical, or energetic — will result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from future services.

 

6. Confidentiality

  • All sessions and client information are confidential. We do not share personal details, records, or any sensitive information with third parties without your explicit consent.

 

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Healing is a collaborative process, and while many clients experience positive results, Love Squared makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Your personal commitment to your own healing journey is a vital part of the process.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, classes, visuals, and teachings provided by Love Squared — including this website — are the property of Love Squared and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

9. Community & Workshops

  • When participating in group events or workshops, clients agree to engage respectfully, honor others' privacy, and refrain from judgment or inappropriate conduct. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates this principle.
