The most common type of massage is Swedish massage. The Massage Therapists at Love Squared incorporate Swedish massage into their sessions. A Swedish massage uses varying amounts of pressure and utilizes strokes that travel the entire length of the muscle. Once your muscles are sufficiently warmed up your therapist will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to penetrate deeper layers.

Cancellation Policy

If you schedule a massage while in your first trimester, we will need to reschedule the appointment; no exceptions. If you are experiencing any complications with your pregnancy, and are unsure if it is safe to get a massage, check with your doctor to receive a note stating you are cleared for massage.
